Instead, we practice Intelligent Electricity Management, a sequential approach to reducing energy use that employs combination of tried and tested techniques (newly made viable by the rising cost of electricity) combined with the best of the new wave of energy efficiency technologies. |

| Our engineers have immense experience with energy efficiency techniques, working with a range of technologies across all sectors. Our technology assessors have been conducting due diligence on new technologies on behalf of investors and blue chip buyers for decades. |

| We are an ethical business with a strong commitment to the creation of a low carbon economy. Our team has worked to promote the local production and consumption of energy, and we believe that businesses and communities should work with others around them where feasible. To this end, we aim to work with accredited local installers where available. |

| Mindful of the carbon footprint of sea travel and the weight of many electrical energy efficiency technologies, we use British and European manufacturers where possible. |

Our goal is to become a carbon neutral operation by 2013. We will produce annual reports on our progress towards this goal. |
